Online Shopping for Beauty Products

This is a sponsored post

Being interested in the world of beauty and skincare is a wonderful thing! There are so many lotions and potions that are available for you to slather on your body, from your face to your feet, all claiming to help you put your best self forward. I must admit, I am totally sucked into all of it… that's why I started this blog! I enjoy reading up on the products reviewed by other bloggers, particularly the new releases, because at the rate the industry is producing products, what else could they possibly come up with? There is one little issue standing in my way of total beauty product heaven: living in Australia means that product releases are late and not all brands are available. Sephora recently opened in Sydney CBD and that opened up a whole 'nother world for the Aussie public in terms of brands. Ole Henriksen, Kat Von D, Make Up Forever, and the famous Anastasia Beverly Hills finally became available to us all and these are the brands releasing products that has everyone talking. In addition, recently Mecca Cosmetica added Urban Decay to their brand list, which certainly pleased a lot of people!

Online shopping for beauty products seems to be overlooked by a lot of people. There are a few sites that make it incredibly easy to access international brands and a wider range of products for a discounted price. ASOS is a great website for beauty tools, incredibly cute makeup bags, and drugstore cosmetic brands like Rimmel and Bourjois (they offer products that aren't available in Australian stores like Priceline). They also carry higher end brands like Illamasqua and theBalm.

Another great website that I always browse is BeautyBay. BeautyBay is a sleek and chic website that carries brands like Japonesque, Kevin Aucoin (the sculpting powder!), Oskia, and even Zoeva. What's great about BeautyBay is that they always have offers on, which makes splurging all that more tempting! When you order from BeautyBay you know that your products are going to arrive safe because they stuff the box to death with packing peanuts, which gives you that peace of mind (no broken palettes here!)

For us Aussie beauty lovers, further deals and coupons are available and easily accessible on Cuponation for ASOS and BeautyBay, as well as other online retailers like The Iconic and Shopbop. If there's one thing I can attest to, it's that online shopping is ADDICTIVE (especially when there are discounts involved).
